Independent Medical Examinations

An IME may be conducted to determine the cause, extent and medical treatment of a disability.  An IME is generally scheduled at the request of an employer, insurance carrier or third party administrator in order to obtain an independent opinion of the clinical status of an individual. 

MSLA’s nationwide network of physicians allows us to place referrals quickly within the specialty you need. From referral to report delivery, the patient will be treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.

We also provide Peer Reviews, Appeal Reviews, and FMLA Medical Certification and Second and Third Opinion reviews to insurance companies and third party administrators.
