Workers Compensation knowledge required

Responsible for meeting our clients expectations for report timeliness

Screens medical reports for accuracy, consistency, and aesthetics

Provides feedback regarding transcription quality accordingly

Work with management to ensure efficient turn-around times from report dictation to client delivery

Interface with multiple physicians

Interface with attorneys and insurance adjustors

Prepares clarification/addendum requests from clients to doctors

Deciphers dictated voice-files and uploads to web portals to transcribers

Coordinate transcription of medical reports from dictation to delivery using various electronic exchange platforms

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or working experience

Working medical terminology experience a must

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Motivated to learn

Proficiency with Windows XP, MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent knowledge of word processing software

Experience in a medical-legal related industry

Appointments scheduled in 30 days
and reports served in 30 days.
