Job Description

• Responsible for meeting our clients expectations for report timeliness
• Screens medical reports for accuracy, consistency, and aesthetics
• Provides feedback regarding transcription quality accordingly
• Work with operations to ensure efficient turn-around times from report dictation to client delivery
• Prepares clarification requests from clients to doctors
• Deciphers dictated voice-files and uploads to web portals to transcribers
• Coordinate transcription of medical reports from dictation to delivery using various electronic exchange platforms

Education, Experience and Skills

• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
• Working medical terminology experience a must
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Motivated to learn
• Proficiency with Windows XP, MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent knowledge of word processing software
• Experience in a medical / insurance related industry
