Stephanie Stolinsky Ph.D.

Dr. Stefanie Stolinsky received her Masters in Psychology from the University of Southern California and her Ph.D. from the California Graduate Institute of Los Angeles. She has years of experience in evaluations and treatment including numerous cases that required her testimony as an expert witness. In addition to her work in the Workers Compensation arena, she also conducts disability evaluations for Social Security Administration in the State of California. Dr. Stolinsky is familiar with the Workers Compensation practice having been an active QME evaluator in the past.

Dr. Stolinsky is a published author with articles published in the New England Journal of Medicine, and Journal of Trauma. In 2002, Dr. Stolinsky authored a book titled “Act It Out: 25 Expressive Ways to Heal from Childhood Abuse.” She also has direct involvement in clinical research as well as teaching in the doctorate program in neuropsychological tests, measurements, and report writing.

Dr. Stolinsky’s extensive evaluation experience coupled with her written skills gives her the insight to render a well-qualified decision on whether or not an individual is a candidate for neck or back surgery or spinal cord stimulators. This same skill set affords her the ability to objectively ascertain whether the stress and injured worker is claiming in job related or not.

Dr. Stolinsky is available for psychological consults in MSLA southern and northern California facilities.
