James House Ph.D., Q.M.E.

Dr. James House is a board certified Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience in his field. Dr. House specializes in the workers compensation field performing medical legal evaluations as well as AOE/CEO determination evaluations. He has vast knowledge of the guidelines and his reports are very thorough and highly ratable. Dr. House has done numerous expert witness testimony for both applicant and defense. He is well known and respected for his objectivity when it comes to evaluating an injured worker.

Dr. House served in the Navy from 1973 to 1980 where he received an honorable discharge. While in the Navy he served on staff at the Naval Drug Rehabilitation Center and other mental health programs.  After leaving the Navy Dr. House began to work in the correctional, forensic and law enforcement settings. He retired from the California Department of Corrections in 2008 where he was a Senior Supervising Psychologist. Dr. House has great compassion and concern for his patients and works hard to go the extra distance to be sure that a thorough and concise evaluation has been performed.
