Gabriel T. Fabella M.D. Q.M.E

Dr. Gabriel Fabella is a board certified Internal Medicine physician practicing in California since 1990. Over the years his practice has been greatly involved with the workers compensation system. His reputation for being thorough and objective has resulted in numerous requests for him to perform AME/QME evaluations. He has been performing AME/QME evaluations since 1993 and is experienced with the AMA guidelines of disability rating.

Dr. Fabella completed medical school at the University of Philippines followed by residency at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo, New York. Dr. Fabella has gone on since then to be licensed in West Virginia, Indiana, and California. He has expertise in regular and nuclear stress testing, EKGs, and Pulmonary Function test interpretation.

Dr. Fabella specializes in medical legal evaluations and other disability rating evaluations. His depth and experience in this process along with in depth knowledge of the AMA guidelines gives Dr. Fabella the skill necessary to consistently provide objective ratable reports. Dr. Fabella is currently conducting evaluations in our southern California facilities.
