Alice Martinson M.D. Q.M.E.

Dr. Alice Martinson graduated with honors from George Washington University in Washington D.C. for her undergraduate work and medical school. Following her graduation from medical school, Dr. Martinson enlisted in the United States Navy where she completed her internship and residency as an Orthopaedic surgeon at the Navy Hospital in San Diego, California. After serving her country as a United States Naval Captain, Dr. Martinson was honorably discharged in 1989.

During her tenure with the Navy, Dr. Martinson was promoted to commanding officer in several Naval Medical Centers, including the Naval Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland. As a physician commanding officer, Dr. Martinson received numerous awards including the Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal and the Humanitarian Service Medal. After retiring from the United States Navy Dr. Martinson established orthopedic practices both in California and Arkansas and continues to hold current medical licenses in both states.

Dr. Martinson specializes in medical-legal evaluations, IME, QME, and other disability rating evaluations. Her depth of experience and understanding of the disability process and the AMA guidelines of disability rating gives Dr. Martinson the skill set necessary to consistently provide objective ratable medical reports. Dr. Martinson has earned the reputation for her thorough examinations and comprehensive reports. Dr. Martinson is currently conducting evaluations in our southern and northern California facilities.

In her spare time, Dr. Martinson is actively involved in her community where she sits on the governing board for The Inspiration Point Fine Arts Center and Friends of Fresno Grand Opera.
